Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Every visit to Maison Noir is by private appointment so we can give you our full attention. Walk-ins aren't accommodated, but appointments are easy to book online.
How long is a consultation?
Plan for 90 minutes. This gives us time to talk through your vision, pull options, and try things on without feeling rushed.
What is your price range?
Our bridal gowns range from $1,500 to $7,000, spanning a variety of silhouettes and designers. We'll work within your budget from the very first conversation. Our special occasion gowns vary from $200 to $600. The can be purchased “off the rack” or special ordered to best suit the needs of the bride or gala-goer.
Is there a deposit for appointments?
We do not require a deposit but we do strongly request 24-hour notice in courtesy for cancellations. We understand life happens!
How many guests can I bring?
We recommend 2–4 guests so the people whose opinions matter most can be fully present without the room feeling crowded but if you’d like to make it a party, the floor is yours. You decide! If your head count changes between booking and arrival, please let us know so we may prepare accordingly.
Do you offer alterations?
We can connect you with trusted local seamstresses who specialize in bridal alterations. Alterations are scheduled separately from your gown purchase.
How far in advance should I shop for my gown?
We recommend 9–12 months before your wedding date to allow time for ordering and alterations, though we're happy to help brides on a shorter timeline too.
Where are you located?
We’re tucked away behind Mode. and right next to The Salons with plenty of parking in the lot.
